FPF Final Project-Sit & Reach

As my activity, I am doing the Sit & Reach exercise. The health-related component I will be focusing on is Flexibility. Flexibility is the range of motion that your joints have during movement which uses such thing as tendons and ligaments.
Flexibility is important because it is good for efficient daily physical movements and help reduce the risk of muscle and bone injuries. The sit and reach exercise focuses on your lower back and hamstring flexibility levels by measuring the amount of how much you can reach and how close you are to your healthy fitness zone.
Over the summer, I really plan to stay active. I'm planning on going to the gym for at least three days a week and for at least two hours each time. There I want to focus on my cardio workouts such as running in the treadmill to get used to it, improve my speed and decrease how fast I get tired. Along with that, I want to work on my muscular endurance, especially on my legs, by doing biking workouts. Another thing along with all that would be that I will try to go swimming every other day. I know that swimming focuses on ALL muscles of the body so I believe all this will work out. I hope that by the end of the summer, all of this exercise will pay off by having much less body composition than from what I had at the beginning of summer.
